Antique European 835 Silver, Mother of Pear & Sapphire Cufflinks. This stunning pair of cufflinks was hand made in Central Europe around the 1930s featuring a classic design with mother of pearl discs set inside an ornately crafted Silver frame adorned with deep blue round Sapphire cabochons. The pieces are unusual in that there is no fix back side but lobster clasps to which different backs can be attached. The pieces are in very good antique condition and can be worn immediately. The discs measure 5/8 in diameter and both pieces weigh. Stamped « 835 » for a Central European Silver standard of 83.5%. Very unusual and stylish pieces!
