Up for your consideration, a Baume Geneve C. 18k yellow gold Key Wind pocket watch. Research indicates that this watch was made prior to the company merger that created the current Baume and Mercier Company. Watch is running smoothly, but has not been tested for accuracy. Like all vintage time pieces, it would benefit from a thorough cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment. Case is not monogrammed, and is in incredible condition for its age. Shows normal light wear. Crystal has light scratches. Watch face has no damage. Watch works shows no indication of water exposure. Can’t tell if there’s a number before the 6231. Watch weighs 45.2 grams total weight, and measures appx 1 5/8 across. Key weighs 2.4 grams. This is not my area of expertise, so please be gentle on me.
