14k yellow gold antique cabochon ruby and european cut diamond stick pin. Pin features two diamonds each at 0.06ct bezel set, one on each side of a 0.10ct oval cabochon ruby. Ruby is also bezel set. Diamonds are F in color, VS1 clarity and the ruby is a deep dark brilliant red. Hand laid floral and fleur de lis miligrain lace motif through out. Has a push down safety catch. This piece dates from pre WWI, and was recently uncovered in a safety deposit box that hasn’t been opened since the 1950s.
